Hostess:
Are you confident, bubbly and able to liase with customers and staff to ensure the smooth running of a busy George Street restaurant?
Become the face of the Edinburgh Living Room as one of our Hosts. Meet and greet guests, coordinate bookings and become part of our young, dynamic team.
Hours ranging from 10 - 25 per week.

Cocktail Waitress:
Have you got what it takes? Are you confident and hard working with previous waiting or restaurant
experience? Become a cocktail waitress in one of Edinburgh's best cocktail bars.
Excellent rates of pay, gratuities and service charge available.
Hours ranging from 8 - 24 a per week (Thursday-Saturday's) 

Full and Part-time Bar Staff:
Become a part of our experienced bar team, good product knowledge, experience making cocktails, and ability to work within a close team is essential. Excellent rates of pay and fantastic levels of gratuity also.

Full and Part-time Waiting Staff:
Be a part of our young, dynamic team and work in one of the busiest restaurants in town. Have you got what it takes? Previous waiting or restaurant
experience is needed. Excellent rates of pay, gratuities and service charge available.

Full Time Kitchen Staff:

We are currently looking for a Chef's of all levels (Sous, Grill & Larder) to join our kitchen team. Applicants should have experience within a busy kitchen environment and ideally have proven experience as a grill chef. Excellent team work, effective communication and a hard working attitude are all essential.

Our Restaurant & Bar has now been open on George Street for nearly eight years. Over this time, it has always been sought after as one of the
‘places to be’ in this area for drink, and especially food.
