Grill and Line chefs
We are looking for competent and experienced grill and line chefs to join an already large and growing team. Experience is a must to be able to apply.

Full-time Waiting Staff:
Be a part of our young, dynamic team and work in one of the busiest restaurants in town. Have you got what it takes? Previous waiting or restaurant
experience is needed. Excellent rates of pay, gratuities and service charge available.
Cocktail Waitress:
Have you got what it takes? Are you confident and hard working with previous waiting or restaurant
experience? Become a cocktail waitress in one of Edinburgh's best cocktail bars.
Excellent rates of pay, gratuities and service charge available.
Hours ranging from 8 - 24 a per week (Thursday-Saturday's)
Full and Part-time Bar Staff:
Become a part of our experienced bar team, good product knowledge, experience making cocktails, and ability to work within a close team is essential. Excellent rates of pay and fantastic levels of gratuity also.
