It's that time of year again....... the brand new Living Room Spring Summer menu is here, we launched on the 11th of April to great reviews from guests and critics alike.
Not only have we introduced new signature dishes such as Trio of pork – Pancetta wrapped pork fillet, crispy pork belly
and Bury black pudding with sage and garlic mash and apple sauce or Duck breast with Szechuan pepper and plum chutney, chilli fried bok choi
and sweet potato fondant, but we have still kept some firm favourites such as Beer battered cod and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce and Beef and Old Speckled Hen pie with mash and gravy.
