Whether you’re celebrating your 21st or 40th birthday The Living Room will make your birthday one to remember. Celebrate in your own exclusive space complete with cocktails, canapés and your own private DJ or enjoy a delicious full course meal with family and friends in our restaurant or private dining room.
Business use
Tired of staring at white walls and motivational posters? Plan your next meeting out of the office and we’ll provide all the business facilities you’d require to conduct your business meeting. Enjoy complimentary use of our audio, visual equipment and take advantage of free WIFI. We’ll also whip up a pretty decent lunch for when you decide to break!
Media use
Calling all event organisers seeking an original or quirky location to host an event; the open plan design of our restaurants, bars and private spaces adapt perfectly for larger functions and varying room arrangements. Our onsite event coordinators will also be on hand to help execute your event to perfection.
Occasional use
If you’re looking a venue to hold your ‘extra’ ordinary occasion then we might just be able to help! Our restaurant and bar spaces can be used for umpteen different occasions from wedding receptions, engagement parties and christenings to book or product launches. We can personalise menus to suit your occasion and arrange the small touches that make your day that bit more special.

Private booth hire
Planning a night out? You can now book your favourite booth in advance*; so if you love to sit by the bar and watch the world go by then book ahead and reserve your space. We can also arrange for your booth to be pre-set with bottles of spirits, wine or Champagne so you don’t even have to go to the bar! *Minimum spend restrictions may apply.
