  1. 20% off food is applicable to items on the a la carte food menu only, menu items are subject to availability. Food service times apply.
  2. Dining discounts are available all day Sunday – Friday, Saturdays are excluded.
  3. Maximum party size restriction of 10 applies.
  4. Discounts are not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotional menu, set menu or key date activity including Christmas bookings, Race meeting days and Valentines.
  5. The Living Room will automatically allocate 2 points to your Privilege Card account for every £1 spent on any food and drink consumed on the premises.
  6. We will notify you by email when you have reached 500 points and a voucher will be issued by email.
  7. £5 voucher must be redeemed against combined food and drink purchases and at least one main course must be ordered. Main courses include: Sharers, Sandwiches, Salads, Lighter meals, Meat, Fish or Vegetarian options. Booking is essential in advance of your visit. One voucher per transaction only.
  8. To redeem your voucher, take a copy of your personalised email notification to your nearest The Living Room. Identification will be required to prove you are the intended recipient and you will need to present your Privilege card.
  9. Email vouchers are valid for one use only and are non-transferable; validation checks will take place locally to prevent fraudulent use. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the point of issue and may only be redeemed in The Living Room stated.
  10. You will need to contact your nearest The Living Room ahead of you visit if you wish to redeem your Voucher in a different The Living Room location.
  11. 500 points will be automatically deducted from your account at the time that your £5 voucher is issued.
  12. The Living Room may extend the items your Privilege discount can be used against. In this instance the advertised product will form part of the offer for the stated period of time. Separate terms and conditions may apply.
  13. Privilege card must be presented at time of ordering.
  14. Privilege card holders must have their card swiped in order to receive discount.
  15. Privilege card can only be used by authorised signatory. Cards are non-transferable. You may be asked to show your ID when attempting to use the card. Card may be retained if there are signs of misuse.
  16. Over 18s only, proof of ID may be required.We operate a Challenge 25 policy.

  19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions as necessary or withdraw the scheme and the benefits of the scheme at any time without prior notice.
  20. Your details and information about your transactions will be used by us to send you membership correspondence and to improve our service to you.
  21. We may contact you from time to time to let you know about wider offers and promotions available from our wider group. You may select to opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
