AMARETTO SOUR

A classic in its own right- frothy & smooth. Disaronno Amaretto, Angostura bitters, lemon and egg white, served short and sweetened with sugar.

Ingredients:

Crushed ice
45ml Amaretto
Dash of angostura bitters
Juice of half a lemon
2tsp blended white sugar
25ml Pasteurised egg white
Lemon wedge (to garnish)
Maraschino cherry (to garnish)

Add all the above ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into an 'Old Fashioned' glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a wedge of lemon and a cherry.
